Job Pairing Peer to Peer Hiring platform (P2P) is an online marketplace for client (“employer”) and tech service company (“partner firm” or “talent company”). Tech talent (“talent”) means a partner firm’s employee. P2P provides services for connecting employers to the software and IT service companies. https://p2p.jobpairing.com is a site operated by Job Pairing LLC. This agreement is between you and Job Pairing LLC.
Our registered users (“Members”) include registered partner firms (talent company) and registered clients (clients). Talent company representatives share their professional identities, engage with clients, exchange knowledge and professional insights, post and view relevant content, learn, and find talents, or project opportunities. Content and data are viewable to Members only. Personal and contact information is viewable to clients who have mutually agreed to connect.
P2P apps, communications and services (“Services”) and your use of our Services.
You provide data to create an account (to register) with us.
If you register for Client Services, you will need to provide company email address, company mailing address, mobile number, and a password. If you register as a talent company, you need to provide company email address, company mailing address, mobile number, and a password.
You have choices about the information on your profile, such as your work experience, expertise, and specialties. You don’t have to provide additional information on your profile; however, profile information helps you to get more from our Services, including helping clients and business opportunities to find you.
Contact and personal information that you’ve provided in your profile will only be visible to those clients who have connected with you for project opportunities. No part of your profile will be visible to any site visitors. No part of your profile data will be sold to or shared with advertisers.
We do not require members to include sensitive data (e.g. race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union, physical or mental health, or sexual life) in their P2P profile.
We will only collect information that is directly applicable to the P2P services to find the closest employment opportunities for talent companies or enable clients to find talent companies for their job positions.
We collect personal data from talent companies when you provide or upload it to our Services, such as when you fill out a form (e.g., job history, expertise, mobile number).
We log your visits and use of our Services. With regard to each of your visits to our site we will automatically collect the following data: the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, information about your visit including clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), products or templates you viewed or searched for, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). We do not currently honor “Do Not Track” signals.
The information we collect automatically is statistical data and may include personal information, or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to estimate our audience size and usage patterns.

If you communicate through our Services, we learn about that. We collect information about you when you send, receive, or engage with other members in connection with our Services. For example, if you get a P2P connection request from a client, we track whether you have acted on it and will send you reminders.
We are improving our Services, which means we get new data and create new ways to use data.

We may use others to help us provide our Services (e.g., web hosting, phone number verification, maintenance, payment systems). They will have access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
We may need to share your data when we believe it’s required by law or to help protect the rights and safety of you, us or others. It is possible that we will need to disclose information about you when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce our agreements with you, (3) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, (4) protect the security or integrity of our Service (such as by sharing with companies facing similar threats); or (5) exercise or protect the rights and safety of P2P, our Members, personnel, or others. We attempt to notify Members about legal demands for their personal data when appropriate in our judgment, unless prohibited by law or court order or when the request is an emergency. We may dispute such demands when we believe, in our discretion, that the requests are overbroad, vague or lack proper authority, but we do not promise to challenge every demand.
We retain your personal data while your account is in existence or as needed to provide you Services. This includes data you or others provided to us and data generated or inferred from your use of our Services. Even if you only use our Services when looking for a new job mate every few years, we will retain your information and keep your profile open until you decide to close your account.

We retain profile data even after company account is closed if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, and abuse, or enforce our User Agreement.
